Happy Friday! Each week, I’m sharing two nano health habits, a lesson, and an inspirational quote to ponder on your health journey.

No one’s yet discovered the elixir of youth. There is no one fix for a longer, healthier life. What we do have, though, are nano or micro habits that together make all the difference.

Two Nano Health Habits

Know that everyone faces challenges. Emotional resilience is the ability to overcome life’s challenges. Everyone has challenges, whatever they choose to show of themselves on social media.

Resilience means being able to stand amid the challenging mess – and carry on.

Eating windows. WHEN we eat is also an important factor in how fast we age. An easy way to give our bodies time to repair is to stop eating for twelve to sixteen hours a day; say overnight from 7pm to 11am the next morning.

Choose your fasting window to suit you. It could be as simple as a break from 8pm to 8am.

One Lesson

A British woman has just become the world’s oldest person at 115: Ethel Caterham of Surrey said her secret to longevity was “never arguing with anyone. I listen and I do what I like.”

One Quote

“Freedom is control in your own life.”

Willie Nelson
